Professional Services, Owner's Representative - Construction of the New Barnegat Township Municipal Building and Police Department

For the position of Owner`s Representative to represent the Township in the construction of the New Barnegat Township Municipal Building and Police Department. The General Contractor for the project has been hired. The Owner`s Representatives shall be responsible for professional services and extraordinary unspecifiable services. . The Owner`s Representative shall at all times have full access to the site, materials, records, documents, correspondence, supplies, items and things of every nature so as to, in the Townships and/or Owner`s Representative`s sole discretion, perform the Owner`s Representative`s function(s). The Owner`s Representative`s sole obligation is to the Township in the capacity of monitoring/observing as well as reporting to the Township.
