| Description | Furnish all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals required to construct and install the prescribed rehabilitation and/or replacement work in its entirety as shown on the set of Drawings entitled "SS7464 Crane Creek 02 and 04" dated March 2023. All drawings so enumerated shall be considered an integral part of the Contract Documents as specified herein. The undersigned proposes and agrees to begin work on a date to be specified in a written order from the City and to substantially complete the amount of work herein contemplated within three hundred ninety-five (395) consecutive calendar days The undersigned hereby agrees that the City has the right to reject any or all bids and the undersigned shall not dispute the quantities used in preparing the bids.
