| Description | The campus, located at 1661 W. Sage St. , Tucson, AZ consists of multiple buildin gs as shown on the campus map. Observations for this assessment report include buildings A to F, with SFB number designation as noted. Representative roof core samples were taken at each building built-up roof area. Typical exterior (bearing) walls are CMU masonry. The as-built roof structure appears to be plywood on wood framed roof joists and trusses. Each building includes a 'flat' low slope roof with built-up roof system (BUR) over rigid insulation, which is combined with a shingled perimeter mansard roof in the ca se of classrooms, or combined with shingled hip roofs in the case of the administration and MPR buildings. |
