Description

Architectural and Engineering services for plan development for commercial HVAC Equipment Replacement at the Union Station Transportation Center Complex located at One Union Place, Hartford, CT, 06103. The successful firm will be responsible for reviewing the existing condition of various HVAC equipment units deemed to have met or is nearing its useful life, recommending a plan of action for prioritizing the equipment replacement process, developing a scope of work (to include cost estimates, design plans, specifications, and drawings), and assistance with the development of bid documents. The firm would also be responsible for reviewing bid submissions for accuracy and responsiveness during the bid phase of the project.
