| Description | The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price contract for the acquisition of Furniture with installation located at Pease AFB. The Contractor will provide all design, personnel, labor, tools, transportation and equipment identified in the solicitation. The contractor shall ensure all deliverables are removed from protective packaging, installed, and all shipping debris are removed from the site. Any damage caused during installation of the furniture, to include but not limited to dented walls, scuffed or marred tiles, ripped or worn carpet, and scratched paint, will be the responsibility of the contractor to repair to the condition prior to installation. Any deliverables that arrive damaged or defective, or that are damaged during the installation process will be the responsibility of the contractor to repair. |
