Description

Work under Base Bid is the replacement of six single zone existing roof top units. Demolition of two interior air handling units with hot water coils, complete and partial demolition of the existing ceilings. Asbestos abatement work will be done in two interior mechanical rooms. New work to include seven new roof top units, VAV boxes for one roof top unit, new curbs and curb extensions, new lighting, ceilings, mechanical accessories, roof patching, and painting of the gas line. Corresponding Plumbing and Electrical Systems will also be included.
