| Description | Approximately 7000 tons more or less of PennDOT approved 100% crushed 2 RC/ DSA, tailgate spread at a minimum of 100 tons/hour. A Performance Bond in the amount of 50% of the contract as well as proof of workers compensation insurance will be required from the lowest responsible bidder. Approximately 1000 tons of PennDOT approved 100% crushed 2 RC/ DSA to be stockpiled. Approximately 1000 tons or yard equivalent of PennDOT approved black cinders to be delivered upon request. Dyed Low Sulfur Diesel Fuel to be delivered as needed. Projected usage 3000 gallons more or less. Delivery approximately once a month during summer months and every two weeks during winter months. Tank size, 500 gallons. BID MATERIALS ONLY for: Approximately 8000 tons more or less of PennDOT approved 100% crushed 2 RC/ DSA. 100% crushed 2 RC/ DSA and cinders must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. | ||
