Description

Eexterior painting and associated work of buildings in the Rice Terrace (VA2-1) development consisting of 17 Row type, Townhouse style buildings, Johnson Court (VA2-2) development consisting of 7 Row type, Townhouse style buildings plus the EnVision Center and select Mosby Homes (VA2-4) development consisting of 10 Duplex style buildings located in Bristol, Virginia. The project shall consist of, but be not limited to, furnish all labor, materials and equipment and perform all work required for exterior repairs and exterior painting, and all associated work as specified in and shown in detail in the plans and specifications of the project manual. Copies of CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be obtained beginning July 12, 2022, at the Bristol Redevelopment and Housing Authority's Operations & Development Dept., 120 Hope Lane, Bristol, VA 24201 upon payment of $50.00 each set, plus shipping, if applicable.
