Description

DCAMM Certification Required. West Schoolhouse Stabilization and Repairs is the restoration of a historic wood framed one-room schoolhouse. Scope includes replacement of wood shingle roof and siding, replacement of wood trim at exterior. Repair of plaster interior walls, supplementation of existing wood framed floor structure, replacement of existing foundation with new concrete foundation. Existing doors to be replaced, new custom screened doors with removable plywood seasonal security panels. New sloped handicapped accessible walkway and parking space.
