Slip Lining Retro Fit Well No. 14

The well location is west of Douglas, Arizona in the northwest of Section 10, Township 24 South, Range 27 East. The well location is shown on Figure 2. This project includes the retrofit construction of one water supply well for the City of Douglas, Arizona. The well will serve as potable supply for the City. Well 14 is an existing well that was drilled in 1994 to 500 feet depth. The existing well is 16-inches in diameter to total depth of 500 feet. The Arizona Department of Water Resources well registration documentation is included as Attachment A. A summary of the recent well rehabilitation efforts and videos completed in April and May 2022 are provided as Attachment B which shows there is approximately 60 feet of sediment fill material in the well.
