| Description | For all transportation, equipment, fuel, labor, tools, supplies, material, all applicable taxes and all else necessary to brush the access road approximately, 1000 linear feet (4 feet on each side), clean up 600 feet of old roadbed, purchase, haul, and install two (2) 18-inch by 24-foot aluminized culverts, purchase, haul, spread 300 yards of .75-3 inch crush rock on the old roadbed, purchase, haul, spread and compact 300 yards of Class V gravel over the crush rock with a final grade of the roadbed to no more than 4% slope. |
