Section includes, preparation and painting of: 1. Exterior and interior surfaces. 2. Exterior and interior mechanical equipment, ductwork, piping; electrical equipment and other items where exposed to view. 3. Fire, smoke, and OSHA identifications, above suspended ceilings, or in inaccessible areas such as furred areas, and elevator shafts. B. Work Not Included: 1. Walls, ductwork, equipment, conduit, and similar items above suspended ceilings, inaccessible or concealed. 2. Pre finished items, finished metal surfaces, operating parts, and labels. |
