Spring Break Asbestos Abatement at Talala Elementary School

The Board of Education of Crete-Monee School District 201-U, Will County, Illinois, is requesting and accepting sealed bids from qualified Contractors for Spring Break Asbestos Abatement at Talala Elementary School The Board of Education for Crete-Monee School District 201-U reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any formalities in the bidding process. The work includes all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, waste disposal, insurance, mobilization, demobilization, and all else necessary to perform the Scope of work in the Documents by the procedures described herein. The asbestos abatement contractor, by submitting a bid for the work, represents itself as knowledgeable and expert in the performance of the work, and includes all things usually and customarily necessary to provide a complete and finished job, whether specifically mentioned or not. Removal of friable and non-friable asbestos-containing materials listed in the Documents, including isolating the work areas, protection of adjacent areas, cleanup, proper packaging and disposal of wastes, and all other steps necessary to complete the scope of work.
