| Description | This is a Request for Proposals (RFP) Issued by Western Connecticut State University (hereinafter referred to as the "University" or "WCSU") seeking proposals from vendors for snow and ice removal services for the University. This document describes general information important for contractors who intend to respond to this solicitation. Pursuant to C.G.S. 31-57f, Standard Wage Rates for Certain Service Workers, Contractors must comply and pay wages in accordance with the current wage rates provided by the Connecticut Department of Labour (DOL).
