No emailed or faxed bids will be accepted. The Construction Manager will provide the Bid Bond and Payment/Performance Bond. Bonds will not be required from Subcontractors. No bidder may withdraw his bid for at least Forty-five (45) days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids. By virtue of statutory authority, a preference will be given to products and provisions grown and produced within the State of Iowa, and to Iowa labor to the extent lawfully required under Iowa law.
