Athletic Field Maintenance, Repairs and Renovations - All Locations

Provide skilled labor, equipment, materials, supervision, insurance and testing to complete athletic field repairs and/or renovations of natural grass fields and infield ball diamonds around the district. Work will include grading, “Divot” repairs, as well as complete renovation of field turf. Contractor must have athletic field renovation experience and equipment. Items as part of scope of work: • Soil analysis • Turf removal • Top-dress/Divot Repair • Fill in low areas with topsoil • Grade and level field with laser guided box lever • Core aerate fields • Over-seed field - Mechanically over-Seed with Seed-a-Vator • Fertilization • Turf/Sod cutting • Clay removal – Clay installation • Field irrigation installation and repairs • Material disposal • Surveying
