Summit Avenue and 12 Mile Road Tree Clearing

The subject line for bid submittals must include reference to the contract being bid. Summit Avenue & 12 Mile Road Tree Clearing Bid Submittal. All bid proposal documents must be submitted in PDF format with a file size not to exceed 10MB. All attachments will remain unopened until the bid opening. The project consists of furnishing all equipment necessary to perform the following: Removal of Eighty One (81) Trees with diameters ranging from 6 to 18 inches. Removal of Thirty (30) Trees with diameter ranging from 19 to 36 inches. Removal of Eight (8) Trees 37 inches or larger in diameter. Contractor must furnish adequate equipment, labor and supervision to complete the specified work. The work to be performed under this contract will be paid for with the City of Rockfords local funds. All contract payments will be made by the City of Rockford. A bid bond is not required for this project. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in bids. No bids may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids. All trees must be felled on or before March 31 st . Removal and cleanup of felled trees must be completed within thirty (30) days of commencement of work on site.
