Phase IA 3rd Street Diamond to Main Street and Utility Improvement Project

Street and utility improvements along of 3rd Street from Diamond to Main Street, as well as the eastern and western limits of Main Street to Diamond Avenue. These improvements involve the removal and replacement of water, sewer, and storm utilities including related structures and appurtenances. Additionally, street, sidewalk, and landscaping improvements will be made throughout the project limits as shown in the contract drawings.
