Lake Gandy Phase II Magnolia Lakes Water Quality Improvement Project

As of December 16, 2022, the project has issued a recommendation of award to the apparent low bidder, however, an official award has not been made. A timeline for award has not been confirmed. Orange County, Florida, henceforth referred to as the County is accepting sealed responses for, Lake Gandy Phase II Magnolia Lakes The work includes constructing structural stormwater Best Management Practices (BMPs), including two (2) biofiltration inlets, one (1) up-flow filter, and one (1) subsurface gravel wetland. Also included in this project are the installation of concrete drainage structures, steel reinforced concrete pipes, and mitered end sections, and the construction and reconstruction of sidewalks, driveways, and curb and gutter. The work required to complete the project includes, but is not limited to, construction of the above items, demolition of the existing drainage infrastructure and the work associated with these tasks. In order to construct the proposed improvements, the work also includes activities related to mobilization, dewatering, clearing and grubbing, site grading, temporary traffic control, erosion control countermeasures and site restoration.
