ER Stars Relocation CCSFS

Design portion of project is to take 30% design titled, “DBEH 21-1552 Cape Canaveral ER STARS RELOCATION COA4” dated 13 September 2021 develop drawing to a 100% constructible design. Contractor to verify list of GFE materials by taking inventory of materials from suspended contract DBEH 18-1690 stored in facility 66251. Incorporate the materials into design as appropriate to develop the best functioning and complete renovation and system integration. Not all equipment will be used if it will hamper the capabilities of the system. Incorporate 30% design comments and develop design to 60%, 90% and 100% with a 21 calendar day government/customer review. Design will need to be 90% completed before any construction can start. Design will include but not limited to renovate north end of facility 85125 first floor to support The Aerospace Corp. Eastern Range Directorate (ERD) Space lift Telemetry Acquisition and Reporting System (STARS) and the ERD Enterprise Information Systems (EIS) move from the E&L Building (Facility 1704) to the 1st floor of Space Launch Delta (SLD) 45 Cape Canaveral Space Force Stations (CCSFS) Headquarters (HQ) Building (Facility 85125) Northeast side (See 30% Design). Layout equipment cabinets/rack configuration, underfloor cable tray configurations, above rack cable tray configuration, etc. Ensure the raised floor will support the new STARS and EIS equipment including the Data Reduction Center (DRC) equipment cabinets/racks, UPS and CRAC units. Add Hot Aisle/Cold Aisle containment barriers in the DRC room above the equipment and between the equipment cabinets. The raised floor system supports shall be reinforced as required. Relocation of personnel currently in designated new ER STARS area.
