Bidders submitting a bank check as Bid security shall also submit a certificate of surety from a licensed surety bond company. Bidders submitting a Bid bond are not required to submit a certificate of surety. The Town of Somers reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids and to waive any informalities, in its discretion, and to award the contract in a manner deemed to be in the best interests of the Town of Somers |
