Description | Seeking a qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide minor pre-construction and full construction services during the design and construction phases of this project. The WLB Group, Inc. has prepared the design plan and specifications for the proposed roadway improvements. Design phase activities are anticipated to be one hundred percent complete at the time of selection. Scenic Drive is a 2-lane rural collector roadway with 10’ travel lanes and 2’ shoulders. The contractor will be responsible for the drainage, roadway surface improvements, and 4’ meandering trail. All underground improvements have been completed, but final adjustments to water and sewer improvements will be included within the scope of work. Access along Scenic Drive will need to be maintained for residents living along this roadway alignment during the course of construction. Pima Farms is a minor collector with full ½ street improvements consisting of a 12’ travel lane, 5’ bike lane, curb & gutter, and 5’ detached sidewalk. The other ½ of the street will be partially improved with a 12’ travel lane and 6’ shoulder. The existing pavement on Pima Farms will be removed and replaced with these improvements. There are no underground improvements in Pima Farms Road. The contractor must keep 1-lane of Pima Farms open to traffic during the construction. |
