Phipps Park Restroom Building Replacement

Martin County is seeking bids from licensed Contractors for the demolition of an existing restroom and laundry room facility (single building) and replacement of the facility with single story, a slabon-grade, concrete block structure. Replacement structure to include four unisex restrooms, two of which include a shower, single laundry room with three washers and three dryers, supply, and equipment room for park operations. This project is a continuation of the Phipps Park Campground Renovation 1. Demolition of existing structure 2. Construction of new single story CBS restroom / laundry room 3.
