Project includes but, is not limited to, construction surveying and staking, selective site, demolition, on-site earth work, topsoil fill, sand, silt fence, erosion control blanket, orange construction fencing, gravel paving, pre-cast concrete stair units, fieldstone boulder walls, galv. steel handrails, treated wood guard rail, steel fabrication &, site preparation, seeding, and site grading to ensure proper storm water runoff, and to furnish all labor and materials in accordance with the attached contract documents, drawings and specifications
