Seeking Design-Build Services for a new Parking Garage at the City’s new The BLVD Specific Plan. The project will consist of a new, 4-level parking structure for approximately 400 parking spaces at Avondale’s Park and Ride. The site is located between 114th Avenue and Park Avenue south of Roosevelt St. in the Park Avenue District of The BLVD Specific Plan.
