FY 2019 Fields Point WWTF Improvements Fire Alarm Upgrade

Consists of all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and incidentals for installing a twoway radio fire alarm emergency reporting system for 27 buildings at Field’s Point WWTF. The two-way radio system will replace existing underground wires between buildings. The system will include 27 twoway radio transceivers/antennas, a head end emergency reporting system, software, and two antennas to process alarm signals; fire alarm system conduit and wiring; AC power conduit and wiring; connecting the new emergency reporting system radio boxes to existing fire alarm control panels; programming and integrating the radio equipment with the existing fire alarm system; training for all new equipment; testing of the complete upgraded fire alarm system; all needed licenses including FCC radio frequencies; all programming, equipment, and wiring necessary to maintain functionality of existing fire alarm annunciator panels and master box connections to the City of Providence public Fire Alarm system.
