Description

The selected vendor shall provide complete CM/GC services for the multi-phase, multi-year renovation, starting in the Summer of 2020, for the District’s HVAC/Automation project that consists of replacing most of the building’s HVAC equipment, along with installing an updated Building Automation System controls system. Vendor is expected to schedule and stage all construction services, maintain construction overview, and handle project close-out and the warranty period. While services may be scheduled in stages, this solicitation is for the selection of a vendor to provide all services necessary for the entire project.
