Description

1. Rehabilitation assessment of the existing historic windows and doors located on the East Side and North side of the original Woodstock Opera House. This assessment should include the following: a. Provide detailed evaluations of rehabilitation needs for all windows/doors and discuss required work for performing rehabilitation. Specific criteria should be analyzed for each window (e.g. cracked glass, presence of rot and decay, etc.). b. Discuss strategies to preserve glass windows during rehabilitation and avoid replacement of windows. c. Provide rehabilitation solutions for windows that cannot be easily accessed from inside the building (due to obstructions such as staircases, and interior walls). d. Ensure all rehabilitation plans meet the approval of the Historic Preservation Committee. e. Broken down costs associated with each rehabilitation solution being proposed for each window/door
