"Proposals are being solicited through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.2, et seq., and as such, contractors are exempt from the limitations on making political contributions under that law. Further, for that reason, as well as because of a language in the New Jersey's Annual Appropriations Act, refusal to disclose campaign contributions otherwise required by N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.2 et seq. and 19:44A-20.25 et seqTotal sq ft for project not available at this time. Respondents are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
