Interior paint for the New Braunfels Area Office, Building A. n general, the work includes, but is not limited to, the following items: 1. This list is generic in nature for major items and intended only to give an overview of general project scope. 2. Remove any hardware, hardware accessories, electrical plates and covers, light fixture trims, and similar items, to be stored and reinstalled after painting complete. 3. Remove existing vinyl and install new vinyl wallcovering. Vinyl wallcovering supplied by DPS. 4. Painted walls will be repainted. 5. Repair holes in walls as required and prep walls for paint finish. 6. Tape and float new walls for paint 7. All walls shall have a level 5 finish minimum with splatter texture. 8. Prep and paint walls included in the scope of work. Color to be SW 7567 Natural Tan-semi gloss finish or equivalent. 9. Prep and paint accent walls included in the scope of work. Color to be SW 6102 Portabella-semi gloss finish or equivalent. 10. Prep and paint hard ceilings included in the scope of work. Color to be ceiling white flat finish or equivalent. 11. Paint closets and storage rooms in each office and corridor identified. 12. All steel doors and frames in outlined project areas to receive a new coat of paint. Paint both sides of doors. Color to be determined by TXDPS. 13. Wood door frames will be painted to match adjacent wall. 14. Provide turnkey project as indicated on the drawings and as required for complete project.
