This project is the construction of a new 7,292 sf service building and associated site development. Construction of a new detached building that includes auto service bays with an all gender restroom, break room and parts room at the existing auto dealership. Includes new electrical, gas, sewer, water and fire sprinkler services. Although a firm timeline for construction has not been determined, construction is not expected to commence prior to February or March 2024. Once started construciton is anticipated to take six to eight months to complete. *The owner requests that all subcontractor / supplier inquiries be directed to the GC Bidder.
