Description

This task order requires the Contractor to furnish labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies and incidentals. Services in this order provide for the addition of an asphalt surface on pre-existing dirt roads. Final grade existing soil at 2% cross slope and compaction. Pave 1.5 miles of road, 20 feet wide with 3 inches of PG 64-28 asphalt. Install 5 culverts where the community access roads intersect with UT-199.
