Plans call for the construction of mini-storage facility with water and wastewater service and associated paving. As of October 12, 2022, a building permit is under review with the City of Elgin. An architect and general contractor has been selected; however, the identity of the general contractor is not being released at this time. Construction is anticipated to begin in October 2022 and be completed in January 2023.
