Asphalt Sealing - Multiple Parking Lots

Crack filling/repair and asphalt sealing of multiple parking lots (4) as noted in attached campus map consisting of approximately 150,000 sq.ft for the entire project. Seal Coating of the following Adams State University Parking Lots: 1.Richardson Hall/Theater adjoined parking lots 2.Porter Hall 3.McDaniel Hall 4.Soccer/Lacrosse Field parking lot. *Clean out existing cracks and joints 1/4” and wider and fill with hot pour, rubberized crack filler *ensure repairs and crack filling has sufficient curing time as required by the manufacturer’s specification prior to application of sealcoating material *Protect adjacent curbs, walks, buildings, etc… in the work area prior to application of coatings *Clean entire asphalt surface including priming of all oil spots prior to applying sealcoating *Apply Master Seal Pavement Sealer or like material in a manner consistent with the professional application of asphalt seal coating materials. *Responsible for blocking/barricading the parking lot prior to, during, and after all work until all areas are fully cured and able to receive vehicular traffic. *Remove any excessive or spilled sealer using approved methods. *Work with Adams State University Facilities Services to coordinate timing of work.
