Construction East Yukon Street and 26th Street Bus Bays, Shelter Pads and Landing Pads

The contractor shall construct bus bays, shelter pads, and landing pads on the North and South sides of East Riverhills Drive near the intersection of East Yukon Street and 26th Street, per the attached drawings by Ayres. Work includes the shelter and landing pads matching existing grade to the existing sidewalk to comply with ADAAG regulations, more specifically, the work may include, but not limited to, the items listed below: A. Provide all labor, equipment, materials, supervision, insurances, permitting (if required), Sunshine State One Calls, coordination, scheduling, and incidentals necessary to provide turn-key construction of the shelter pad and landing pad project of each bus stop location shown on the attached drawings by HART as determined by your review of the site (shelters, trash cans, benches and lighting shown on the drawing(s) will be provided by others and are not part of this solicitation). Work will include but not be limited to the following: 1. Concrete Flatwork 2. Signage (MOT) 3. Minor Utility Adjustments (if necessary)
