Any request for USPS must be received no later than the Friday before bid opening date (June 2, 2023). Bids will be accepted only from plan holders of official record. Contracts for Work under this Bid will obligate the Contractor to comply with all Federal, State and Local Laws, Statutes and Ordinances including licensing of Contractors, Wage Rates and non-discriminating hiring practices. Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experience on projects of similar size and complexity. All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will, to the extent practicable, use Ohio Products, materials, services, and labor.
