Seventh Street and Elm Street Sewer Improvements

Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the form of a Cashiers Check, Certified Check, or Letter of Credit payable to the City of Perrysburg, Ohio, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid or a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the bid. A Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) on the contract price will be required as part of the contract. All inquiries must be submitted no later than 2:00 PM on January 9, 2023. The project is located within the City of Perrysburg corporation limits and is thereby eligible for City Income Tax collection. The Engineers Estimate for the project is $300,150.00. The City reserves the right reject any and all bids; and reserves the right to accept or reject any and all optional bids offered; and reserves the right to waive any minor informalities or irregularities in the bids received.
