| Description | UCSD is soliciting proposals from qualified solar PV providers to design, engineer, build, operate, maintain, and decommission a turn-key installation of 2,460 kW DC ground-mount solar photovoltaic (PV) project at their Southwest Treatment Plant located at 2404 South Rising Road in Champaign, IL 61822. Respondents shall have demonstrated experience designing, planning, scheduling, permitting and constructing complete solar PV systems, have knowledge of local utilities, provide project financial analysis and rebate support, and provide system monitoring and maintenance. |
