Curb Sidewalk and ADA Ramp Replacement - Fifth Avenue

Scope of work for this project consists of the removal of existing curbs and sidewalk and replacement with new concrete curbs, sidewalks, drive aprons and compliant ADA ramps together with associated excavation, disposal, grading, and bituminous drive repairs. The limits of work are on primarily on the north side of Fifth Avenue between Front Street and Highland Avenue. The Emits are as shown on the contract plans and are to be marked in the field by the Village Engineer. The main components of the scope of work for the base bid of this project includes the construction of approximately 150 SY of concrete sidewalk, 5 inch thick, 40 SY of concrete apron, 6 inch thick, 380 LF of 8' X 9’ X 20* concrete vertical curb, and detectable warning surface. 32 SF, The Village will provide Traffic Control and Topsoil and Seed restoration.
