Install a Ductless HVAC System

The Robert Benjamin Wiley Community Charter School ("Charter School") is accepting competitive bids for the project described below at its campus located at 426 Eagle Point Blvd, Erie, PA 16507. The scope of the project is to provide the units described below and install them as follows: Install a Ductless HVAC System in 15 classrooms, 7 offices, and one additional room. Additional outdoor units to operate the indoor units will be required to be installed. Perform all refrigeration and communication connections. Remote thermostats will be installed in each individual classroom and/or office. Pull disconnects will be installed at each outdoor unit. Install slim duct (Lineset Hide) on interior and exterior walls. Provide proper drainage. Charge the system to manufacturer's specifications and to check for proper operation in both heating and cooling modes at the time of startup. The deadline for submitting questions is Friday, September 2, 2022 at 5 pm. The deadline for written responses from the Charter School will be Tuesday, September 6, 2022 at 5 pm. At that time, any addenda to bid specifications, or terms and conditions will be provided. The bid award meeting will be held at 5:30 pm on September 13, 2022.
