The proposed work involves full depth reconstruction of approximately 1,700 linear feet on Leahy Street, from E. Barney Avenue to E. Keating Avenue, approximately 300 linear feet on Maffett Street from E Delano Avenue to E Keating Avenue and approximately 475 linear feet on Reynolds Street from E Delano Avenue to E Keating Avenue with new flexible asphalt pavement DEPOSIT: 5% of bid amount WAGES: The Bidder will require to provide assurance to the City of Muskegon Heights that good-faith efforts will be made to identify and encourage the hiring and participation of residents of Muskegon Heights, as well as minority-, women- and handicapper-owned businesses in contract solicitations. The City of Muskegon Heights reserves the right to waive any irregularity, to accept or reject any or all bids, and to accept the proposals that, in the City's opinion, are in the best interest of and to the advantage of the City of Muskegon Heights.
