Description

The United States Coast Guard (USCG) has a requirement for the supervision, labor, equipment, and materials for Pool Service at USCG Air Station Miami in accordance with the Statement of Work. This combined synopsis/solicitation for prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This synopsis/solicitation is being advertised as Small Business - only. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; no separate written solicitation will be issued. The solicitation number is 20140PR230000324. Applicable North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) codes are: 561790: Other to Buildings and Dwellings This requirement is for a fixed price contract. The contract will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR part 13 and part 15. Period of : Base Year: 10/01/2023-09/30/2024 Option Year 1: 10/01/2024-09/30/2025 Option Year 2: 10/01/2025-09/30/2026 Option Year 3: 10/01/2026-09/30/2027 Site Visit. All bidders are required to visit the site to verify any/all quantities before submitting bids. Rejection of Unreasonable Offers: The Government may reject any quotation that is evaluated to be unreasonable in terms of program commitments, including contract terms and conditions, or unreasonably high or low in cost when compared to Government estimates, such that the proposal is deemed to reflect an inherent lack of competence or failure to comprehend the complexity and risks of the program.
