Description

As of October 25, 2022, an architect has been selected for the project. A firm timeline for construction has not been established. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The City of Largo is seeking the services of an architectural firm with proven experience designing interior space to create a uniform look throughout the Central Park Performing Arts Center campus. The Central Park Performing Arts Center (CPPAC) is a 26,000 square foot facility housing a theater, a multipurpose facility called the Parkview Room, administrative offices, and a lobby/vestibule. The facility was constructed in 1996, and hosts over 120 performances and over 100 private rentals throughout the year. The campus also includes the historic Feed Store, an on-site, detached building. Deadline for questions is 3:00 p.m., Local Time on June 10, 2022.
