Description

Perform repairs on the standby primary heat exchanger for the Niro Incinerator. The repairs include replacing the flue gas inlet and outlet flanges, adding tubesheet refractory, modifying the heat exchanger bypass duct with a new flange and elbow, and removing the currently operating primary heat exchanger and installing the newly repaired heat exchanger. All work will take place at the Bayshore Regional Sewerage Authority Wastewater Treatment Facility.
