Dimmer Rack Installation and Related Electrical Upgrade-Eissey Theater

Palm Beach State College is soliciting bids for the installation of a theatrical dimming system for the Eissey Campus Theater located in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. The Electrical Contractor will provide the following: o Provide labor to install Owner Provided equipment. o Provide a complete set of submittals per Construction Documents. o Provide all equipment not listed in Owner Provided equipment to provide a complete working system upon completion of the project. o Terminate all low voltage control wiring associated with the theatrical dimming system bill of materials. o Provide labor to install all dimmers, controllers, and components of the dimmer racks. o Provide system start-up, system programming, testing, and warranty service. o Provide training as needed. o Provide all labor to install dimmer racks and associated bussing. o Provide labor and material to perform electrical scope as indicated in the construction documents. o Supply and pull all low voltage control wiring associated with the theatrical dimming system bill of materials in existing conduit. o Provide all connects to the existing emergency lighting relays and test upon completion. o Provide standard industry warranty of one year on all material supplied as part of contract and on the terminations of dimmer rack load conductors. o Data cable certifications required with reports sent to Owner for review and approval Bid Award Recommendation: June 14, 2022 NTP: June 30, 2022 Substantial Completion: September 2, 2022 Final Completion: September 16, 2022 Deadline for Written Questions Friday, May 27, 2022, 5 p.m. (ET) local time All questions should be sent via email to: chojnacd@palmbeachstate.edu College reserves the right to reject all responsive bids at any time if it is in the Colleges best interest determined at the sole discretion of the College
