Perpetuation project to resurface approximately 5.9 miles of STH 67 (rural and urban sections) in the city of Williams Bay in Walworth County. Mill and overlay 3-5 inches of hot mix asphalt. Perform concrete surface repair on box culverts C-64-1298, C-64-1300, and C-64-1552. Perform concrete surface repair, replace wingwalls, and add riprap for Culvert C-64-1298. Reline or replace pipe and add riprap to Culvert C-64-1300. Evaluate Bike accommodations through entire corridor. Construct new shared-use path from S. Main Street to Dewey in Fontana, including through a municipality-owned special natural area (Fontana Fen). Additional work includes evaluation/redesign curb ramps, replace guardrail, adjust/repair inlets, pavement marking, permanent signing, traffic staging design, and public involvement Advertised Fixed Fee %: 7.25 The fixed fee for this contract will apply an indirect cost factor of 150% to the consultant's estimated direct labor, regardless of the consultant's actual indirect rate. Interviews will not be conducted. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
