Kanawha Lodge #25 Odd Fellows Building Structural Repair Project

The project consists of the following work as specified: Renovations of the existing building include but are not limited to: Shoring the North East corner of the structure. Removal and reinstallation of wooden storefront systems to allow for repairs. Remove the NE corner sandstone building column and and replace with a reinforced concrete column. Demolish and replace the terrazzo slab at the 247 Capitol Street storefront. Install helical and push piers in the basement area. Construct a reinforced concrete retaining wall in the basement. The project also includes other incidental construction as needed and described in the construction documents.
