HVAC Water Treatment Service, Routine Testing, and Inspections

The City is seeking bids from qualified water treatment firms to establish a contract for the City's HVAC systems water treatment program, related inspections, annual certifications, installation, and as-needed services for cooling towers, closed-loop systems, open loop hot and hot and chilled water HVAC systems. The City currently has approximately nine (9) locations requiring services under this ITB. In order to be considered for contract award, interested firms must submit a bid response for all groups, as follows: 1) Group A: Water Treatment, Tests and Certification, 2) Group B: Additional Periodic Services, and 3) Group C: Time and Material Labor for Related Planned Repairs, Unplanned Work, And Emergency Activations.
