Additional Description: The Owner has entered into contracts for the pre purchase of an air gap system, emergency generators, vertical turbine pumps, lift station pumps and controls, lagoon liner system, a grinder pump station, a vertical manhole screen, surface aerators, piping and valves. The Owner will assign these contracts to the selected bidder. The contract value and contract holder for this equipment is listed in the bid schedule. Liquidated damages : Contractor shall pay Owner $_1,500_ for each day
