| Description | Set Aside: HUBZone - Description of project is as follows: The purpose of this project is to install a new guard rail system along the perimeter of Building 40001 to provide fall protection to workers and includes the removal and replacement of four (4) existing roof transition steps, two (2) hi-roof ladders , one(1) low-roof ladder and one(1) interior first floor stairway. This includes but is not limited to: abatement of hazardous materials; demolition of walls, sinks, doors and doorways, lighting, HVAC ducts and diffusers; installation of new walls, flooring materials, ceilings, painting, installation of various equipment and plumbing fixtures, lighting, HVAC diffusers/grilles and ductwork, and communications lines. All work shall comply with all State, Local and Federal laws and regulations, industry and construction codes and standards, manufacturer's specifications and recommendations, and all contract special provisions, terms and conditions. The Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining all required licenses and permits to perform construction work on a Federal installation, be properly bonded and insured in accordance with FAR requirements. | ||||||||||||
